1.1 At any time, we reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions. Any such changes will become applicable after they are updated on the website. It is your duty to read the terms and conditions any time you use this website, and your continued use will signify your agreement to be bound by the most current terms and conditions.

1.2 Please read the additional information given with respect to some Techsquare.com.bd services (including, without exception, the Gift list service), as this information would provide you with full instructions on how to use those services.

1.3 Certain website services will require registration and subsequent access to those services will be subject to an approved login name and password (“Password Details”). Information that you provide on this website must be accurate and complete. All Passwords Details are accepted and may be withdrawn at our sole discretion and are exclusive to you and non-transferable and must be treated as strictly confidential at all times. In the event that you have any concerns regarding your Password Details or become aware of any misuse then you must inform us immediately (see Contact Us for more information and full contact details).

2. Order process

2.1. Select your desired products from the shop page/ search option / quick view and select your quantity. If you want to purchase only one product please select buy now. If you want to purchase more than one, please select add to cart and continue shopping. 

2.2. Go to the checkout page, fill the form and do the payment steps. Your order will be confirmed and you will be notified by email/sms from us.

2.3. Please see the Home delivery information and How to use this website section for information on how to place an order. All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.

2.4. The final descriptions of your order are laid out in the ‘confirmation’ stage. Following that, we’ll give you an order confirmation email with a list of the things you’ve ordered. Please note that this email from techsquare.com.bd is not an order confirmation or order approval.

2.5. Unless we have told you that we are not accepting your order or you have canceled it, acceptance of your order and completion of the agreement between you and us will take place when we deliver the ordered product to you (please see return and refund).

2.6. We do not store information about your order on this website for you to view later, so please print these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgment for your own records. Please contact us if you need detailed information about your previous orders.

3. Delivery

3.1 This website is only for customers in Bangladesh who want goods delivered to their homes. On delivery, all products must be signed for by an adult who is at least 18 years old.

3.2 The delivery costs and timetable are also stated in the Home Delivery Details section of the website and when you place an order. We make every effort to produce the product on time; however, delays are often unavoidable due to unforeseen circumstances. Techsquare.com.bd is not responsible for any delays or defects in delivering the product within the estimated timeline.

3.3 The risk of failure and harm to goods transfers to you when the products are shipped or when we attempt distribution for the first time.

3.4 techsquare.com.bd will not be held responsible for any harm to the product that happens after it has been shipped.

3.5 Tk 60 for delivery within Dhaka City Corporation and Tk 130 for delivery outside of Dhaka.

4. Payment

4.1 We accept payments through your mobile banking account, while we check your mobile banking account payment details and stock availability. Subject to product availability. If we are unable to deliver the product, we will notify you as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the product. Additional terms for payment by Mobile Bank / Payment Gateway can be found on the Bank / Payment Gateway website. (Techsquare.com.bd is not responsible for external website content)

4.2 With the following two exceptions, the price you pay is the price shown on this website when you receive your order:

1. A) The shop price on the day of collection is the price you pay for a product stored online for store pick-up or some other reservation service.

1. B) Errors can occur even though we try to ensure that all of the prices on our website are right. If we find a mistake in the price of a product you’ve ordered, we’ll let you know right away and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel your order at the correct price.

If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order to be void. If you cancel and you have already paid for the product, you will get a full refund.

4.3 Any of the methods listed on how to use this website can be used to make a payment. Safe online orders can be found under Security.

4.4 All prices exclude VAT (where applicable) at the current rate, but the delivery charge is not included.

5. Return, cancellation and replacement

5.1. The product should be tested in front of the delivery person after it is shipped. In that situation, Techsquare.com.bd will not be held liable.

5.2. If there is any manufacturing flaw in the product after obtaining it, we must notify the hotline within 24 hours in the case of an online order (only warranty/ guarantee products are included).

5.3. No change fee is needed if the customer wants to return the faulty product with the Delivery Man(if the product is faulty while receiving the product from the delivery man). Return the product immediately to the delivery man. If the product is discovered broken or burned after delivery, the customer is responsible for the entire cost of the product.

5.4. If the product is not supported on your computer or you no longer wish to buy it after seeing the information on Techsquare.com.bd‘s website and obtaining the purchased product from the distribution team, the product is not refundable or changeable for any reason.

5.5. If the product is broken or the box is ripped, the customer must refuse to accept the product from the courier. If the customer receives a defective product from the courier, he does so at his own risk, and Techsquare.com.bd will not consider any more grievances in this regard.

5.6. If the product is faulty only then it be allowed to swap with the same new product, if that product is not in stock only then the customer can change the product for a different model (Price will be adjusted).
